The primary purpose of this position is to serve the installation as the Community Program and Unit Cohesion Lead Coordinator to plan, manage, supervise and direct a wide range of community programs, services and activities to improve unit cohesion, resiliency, lethality, and readniess for Total Force Airmen. Responsibilities Plans, develops, markets, and executes diversified, innovative, needs-based social, cultural installation-wide special events, community programs and unit cohesion activities to support authorized users of force support squadron facilities and programs.
