Join Amica Senior Lifestyles as a Community Relations Director. This role involves building brand awareness, engaging the community, and driving pre‑leasing metrics and occupancy for our senior living residences.

Compensation : Expected salary $56,000 – $74,000 plus variable pay through a structured incentive plan tied to key sales and outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct tours, administer sales reports, and manage prospect database.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans with the general manager and corporate marketing team.
• Plan, budget and coordinate on‑site and off‑site marketing events.
• Produce post‑activity synopsis and ROI reports.

Qualifications – You Must Have

• Graduated from a post‑secondary sales and marketing program or related program.
• Experience in developing and implementing sales and/or marketing plans, public and community relations campaigns, and special events.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship selling skills.
• Superior oral, written, and listening communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting.
• Independent, capable leader who excels in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

What We Are Looking For

• Knowledge of the seniors’ market, public health sector, and private health sector.
• Experience in event planning.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with a customer management database.
• Strong planning, organizational, and management skills.
• Self‑directed, motivated, and resourceful, always performing in a highly professional manner.
• Ability to organize workload and set priorities accordingly.
• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends required).
• Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is an asset.
