Job Description Job Description Major Responsibilities/Activities The Coordinator will oversee the coordination and management of Direct Support Professionals and day services for individual with intellectual disabilities. The primary mission of the Coordinator is to oversee and ensure the quality and comprehensiveness of services for the individuals we serve. This requires that the Coordinator knows the individual and understands his/her needs, strengths, and preferences. The Coordinator collaborates with area agencies, state agencies, family members, guardians, medical and mental health providers, and others in the community to make sure individuals are safe, their particular needs are met, and their lives are as rich and fulfilling as possible.
