Comfort Keepers South is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Community Support Worker or coordinator who is passionate about quality care, workforce support, and service excellence.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Community Support Coordinator plays a key operational role in coordinating, monitoring and supporting Community Support Workers (CSWs) to ensure high-quality, compliant and person-centred service delivery.

You’ll act as the primary link between the office and our CSW workforce, with a strong focus on workforce coordination, service oversight, quality monitoring, documentation accuracy, and early identification and escalation of risks or issues.
