We are currently seeking a Community Support Coordinator to join our team at Sunset Towers (Downtown Vancouver) in a part-time capacity. Reporting to the Director of Healthcare, the Community Support Coordinator will provide consultative social support for individuals and/or families who have been socially excluded or who are experiencing crisis by providing support that enables tenants to help themselves.
