Community Support Facilitator (CSF) – Full-Time
At A Bright Future, we provide comprehensive support services to adults with complex developmental disabilities, including those with significant behavioral, medical, psychiatric, and forensic needs. This work demands the highest standards of clinical judgment, ethical leadership, and professional accountability.
We are hiring in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, including Long Beach, Beverly Hills, San Bernardino. This position requires regular travel between program sites across these locations.
We are seeking an experienced Community Support Facilitator who brings proven leadership capacity, independent critical thinking, and the maturity to manage high-stakes situations with confidence and compassion.
