As a Community Support Worker, you’ll be a day-maker and a difference-creator! From supporting community outings to building everyday life skills, you’ll help clients connect, grow, and thrive in the community — and have fun doing it.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support clients to get involved in their local community — think coffee catch-ups, events, sports, or beach trips!
Assist with daily routines, personal care, and life skill development.
Follow positive behaviour support strategies.
Maintain progress notes and celebrate big (and small) wins.
Enjoy flexible shifts 

What You Bring:
A passion for people and a can-do attitude.
Experience in disability support
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Mondays, Wednesday and Saturdays 
A valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
A caring, respectful approach to personal care.
