About the role

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, caring, and motivated CommunitySupport Worker to join our Sunnyfield team across Dee Why and Cromer.
This is a part-time role where you’ll help people with disability live their
best lives—whether that’s building independence at home, staying active, or
getting out and about in the community.

What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same, but you’ll often be:
Supporting clients with daily living—personal care, cooking, transport, and household tasks
Helping with organising bedrooms, cleaning, and encouraging independence at home
Getting hands-on in the garden , bonus points if you love plants and sunshine
Encouraging healthy habits by teaching the importance of exercise, personal care, and wellbeing
Planning fun outings, social activities, and community connections
