About the Role

As a Community Support Worker, you’ll be supporting people with disability in their home and out in the Forestville community. Our service runs on a 24/7 roster, so if you enjoy flexibility, teamwork, and are comfortable with overnight sleepover shifts, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting daily routines such as meals, personal care, and household tasks
Helping people get out and about — shopping, appointments, walks, and social activities
Encouraging independence, choice, and confidence
Completing simple documentation and following support plans
