Hours of Work : Fri. 11p-11a (24 hrs. biweekly) (CR48)

The job responsibilities are as follows:

  • Daily supporting clients to work towards their Individual Support Plan – client goals and identified measurable outcomes.
  • Performing a thorough and complete shift exchange with previous shift.
  • Using Catalyst system while administering medications to clients on time and checking/receiving medication that arrive while on shift.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
