Role Details: 

• Salary: $29.19 - $36.55 per hour (skills & experience based) + Generous Salary Packaging
• Hours: Permanent Part Time (20-60 hours per fortnight) or Casual (0 set hours + flexibility available)
• Required Availability: Between 6am-9pm Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends
• Locations: Ascot, Cockburn, Duncraig, Gosnells, Joondalup, Mandurah, Mosman Park, Nollamara & Rockingham 

What You'll Do: 

As a Community Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting customers and their families. No two days are the same—your work will be varied, meaningful and deeply rewarding.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing personalised support with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance and household duties
• Supporting community access by accompanying customers to appointments, social activities and recreational outings
• Encouraging independence through skill-building, goal-setting and supportive decision-making
• Maintaining accurate documentation and open communication with customers, families and team members
• Ensuring a safe, respectful and inclusive environment in line with Rocky Bay policies and procedures
