An approved provider under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), OSAN Ability Assist provides supported living services to older people, people with disabilities and their carers who are living in their own home or living with others.
Requirements for the role: As a Community Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals within their homes and the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, ensuring the well-being of clients and supporting their participation in community life. You will also help maintain a safe, respectful and supportive environment. Key tasks include:
- Support individuals with disabilities to participate in community, social and recreational activities
