Commvault Backup Engineer

Title: Commvault Backup Engineer Location: Manchester, NH 03103 Duration: 12 Months C2H Important Skills: Need someone with Commvault experience to: Double-check the environment. Implement fire drills for system restoration. Maintain the Commvault environment in the US and assist the Philippines. The second part of the position is a backup server guy. Assist with physical and virtual environments. Be the eyes, ears, and hands for the Linux team in Manchester. Capability to create and maintain optimal backup, restore, and redundancy solutions for critical data – to include primary/auxiliary copies and VM-based backups. Reviews, plans, and participates in executing regularly scheduled maintenances on the backup/recovery infrastructure. Hands-on experience with Commvault CommCell administration, storage libraries/media agents, job troubleshooting, and reporting.
