We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in UK company law and corporate structuring to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities & Experience Required- Solid expertise in UK company law and corporate set-ups
- Hands-on experience with Family Investment Company (FIC) structures
- Strong understanding of different classes of shares and their practical and tax implications
- Proven experience in setting up UK companies and partnerships
- Drafting and reviewing:
- Shareholders’ Agreements
- Articles of Association
- Partnership Agreements
- Experience with trust structures , including:
- Business trusts
- Employee trusts
- Bare trust arrangements for minors
