We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in UK company law and corporate structuring to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities & Experience Required Solid expertise in UK company law and corporate set-ups
Hands-on experience with Family Investment Company (FIC) structures
Strong understanding of different classes of shares and their practical and tax implications
Proven experience in setting up UK companies and partnerships
Drafting and reviewing:
Shareholders’ Agreements
Articles of Association
Partnership Agreements
Desirable / Preferred Experience Experience with trust structures , including:
Business trusts
Employee trusts
Bare trust arrangements for minors
Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented with strong technical knowledge
Comfortable working with complex ownership and governance structures
Able to communicate technical concepts c...
