Job Description

The Company Physician is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of employees by identifying, preventing, and managing occupational injuries and illnesses. The role involves clinical evaluation, health surveillance, regulatory compliance, and proactive health promotion strategies aligned with workplace safety programs and labor standards.

The Company Physician has the following core responsibilities and principal accountabilities:

  1. Provide regular medical consultations through face-to-face and teleconsultation channels.

  1. Interpret and explain Annual Physical Examination (APE) results to employees

  1. Perform fit-to-work and fit-to-play evaluations and other required medical clearances for head office and store-based employees.
