Job Description – Company Secretary: - (Sr Executive / Deputy Manager Level)

  1. Looking for 2-7 yrs of experience.
  2. Education - Any UG & CS is a mandate.
  3. Preparation and filing of e-forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
  4. Good knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and maintaining of secretarial records.
  5. Drafting of Agenda and Scheduling of Board Meetings
  6. Drafting LLP Agreements and various other agreements
  7. Co-ordination with Registrar and Transfer Agents, Depositories, etc.
  8. Preparing minutes of Board Meeting, Shareholders meeting, Debenture Holders meeting & various Committee meetings.
  9. Preparation of Annual Reports of listed, Public & Private company.
  10. Knowledge of compliances under Listing Regulations.
