Job Description – Company Secretary: - (Sr Executive / Deputy Manager Level)
- Looking for 2-7 yrs of experience.
- Education - Any UG & CS is a mandate.
- Preparation and filing of e-forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Good knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and maintaining of secretarial records.
- Drafting of Agenda and Scheduling of Board Meetings
- Drafting LLP Agreements and various other agreements
- Co-ordination with Registrar and Transfer Agents, Depositories, etc.
- Preparing minutes of Board Meeting, Shareholders meeting, Debenture Holders meeting & various Committee meetings.
- Preparation of Annual Reports of listed, Public & Private company.
- Knowledge of compliances under Listing Regulations.
