Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI, FEMA, ROC filings for private & public companies.

Handle investor relations with PE/VC stakeholders.

Draft board/shareholder resolutions and other real time statutory compliances under Companies Act 2013.

Manage FEMA compliances and IPO readiness.

Liaise with the client directly and communicate clearly.



Requirements

Has worked on venture capital transactions.

Strong understanding of investment agreements like SSA/ SHA/ SSHA/ IA.

Able to handle compliances independently.

Good communication skills.

Requirements
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Present financial reports (MIS) to management for review. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation and file tax returns such as GST, TDS, and Income tax on monthly/quarterly basis. Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide recommendations to management based on analysis findings. Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing activities including salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory compliance. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data. Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships including invoicing, payments, and resolving discrepancies.
