Role Overview:
The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory adherence for the NBFC. The role involves managing board meetings, maintaining company records, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and supporting senior management in legal and compliance matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with ICSI membership.
• 3–7 years of experience, preferably in an NBFC or financial services company.
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, and RBI NBFC regulations.
• Excellent boardroom management, documentation, and drafting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of dealing with regulatory bodies.
