  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in handling Company Secretarial & Admin activities.

Relevant Skills & Experience

  • HR-related profile: Experience or knowledge in HR activities is a plus.
  • Board & Meeting Management: Preparation & arrangements of MRM (Management Review Meeting), Board resolutions, and related knowledge will add significant value to the profile.
