Job Description

Job Purpose:
To assist the Company Secretary and legal/compliance teams in ensuring that the company complies with all statutory obligations, maintains proper corporate governance, and supports secretarial and administrative functions related to board and shareholder matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in board meeting preparations and regulatory filings.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and SEBI regulations.
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
- Preparation of all statutory registers, forms, certificates, etc. as required under various Acts and regulations
- Preparation and fi ling of annual returns, forms certificates etc.
- Preparation of notices, agendas and minutes with respect to all board meetings including the annual general meeting; Filing of returns, applications, documents, notices etc. with the Registrar of Companies.
