Purpose of the role
The person in this role will be responsible for reviewing the company's total compensation offering and making the necessary changes based on analysis to ensure we stay competitive across different markets. In collaboration with the Human Resources leadership team, they will oversee all compensation-related activities, with the goal of supporting the organization's mission while staying aligned with its culture.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare comparative analyses, review our salary grids and bonus/commission structures, and provide targeted recommendations.
Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations, present them effectively to leadership, and support the preparation and delivery of presentations for the HR team and senior management.
Analyze and apply salary changes in Dayforce's compensation module, as well as contribute to the rollout of special projects and improvements to compensation processes and tools.
