The Compensation Analyst is a key member of the Total Rewards function at Creation Technologies. This is an individual contributor role that is responsible for providing strategic direction and implementing key initiatives with regards to the overall compensation strategy for the organization. This position will be the subject matter expert for the company with regards to pay grades, salary structures, and bonus structures to ensure a robust compensation offering that will ensure we are competitive in the marketplace. The incumbent will play a key role in policy development, regulatory compliance, and communication of compensation-related information.Market Analysis and Benchmarking:
