Responsibilities
- Manage compensation-related projects and enhancement requests from intake through post-implementation support
- Partner with Compensation, HR, HRIS, and IT teams to gather and translate business requirements into scalable Workday Compensation solutions
- Configure and maintain Workday Compensation components, including compensation plans and eligibility rules
