Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs data audits of various global compensation elements, ensuring their accuracy.
2. Works with global Total Rewards leaders to adjust and/or correct any inaccurate data.
3. Performs data analysis of various global compensation programs and initiatives, including but not limited base and incentive pay programs, annual merit and bonus planning, Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), etc.
4. Models new global initiatives delivering actionable insights.
5. Updates global salary structures, conducts impact analysis if/as required.
6. Supports communication and change management activities in support of Vertiv Career Framework.
7. May conduct competitive market pricing delivering actionable insights.
8. May engage HR Business Partners and Total Rewards leaders to diagnose compensation issues and solve problems.
