Job Description
· Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine competitive compensation levels for various roles within the organization.
· Develop and administer compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
· Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to design and implement effective compensation structures and incentive programs.
· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses.
· Analyse compensation data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
· Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
· Assist in the development and communication of total rewards statements and other compensation-related communications to employees.
· Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in compensation and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualification required:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
· 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP).
· Demonstrated understanding of compensation principles, including job evaluation methodologies, market pricing techniques, and incentive plan design.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
