Job Description
· Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine competitive compensation levels for various roles within the organization.
· Develop and administer compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
· Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to design and implement effective compensation structures and incentive programs.
· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses.
· Analyse compensation data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
· Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
· Assist in the development and communication of total rewards statements and other compensation-related communications to employees.
