Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for supporting the Compensation team running efficiently and meeting and exceeding the needs of all stakeholders globally.
- Work as part of the team to analyse data, including compensation survey submission and report downloads to ensure our reward packages are competitive and sustainable.
- Analyze large, confidential data sets, spotting errors and trends, translating them into meaningful insight to share with team members and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the Compensation team and the Aligned HR Operations Manager in running the annual compensation processes through the whole lifecycle.
- Complete all necessary data audits prior to launch.
- Perform various checks and reconciliation of data.
- Manage queries during the process.
- Coordinate, prioritise and allocate stakeholder requests coming into the Compensation mailboxes or through My Portal. ...
