Compensation Analyst – Temporary Consultant

Location: Springfield, MA

Pay Rate: $35–43/hour, based on experience




The Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, administration, and ongoing evaluation of compensation programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable regulations. This role partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, and leadership to provide data-driven compensation insights.

  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using external compensation surveys and tools




  • Support pay equity analyses and assist with remediation planning as needed
