design, administration, and ongoing evaluation of compensation programs
to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with
applicable regulations. This role partners closely with Human Resources,
Finance, and leadership to provide data-driven compensation insights.
Responsibilities Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using
