This position falls under our Compensation team and reports to the Manager, Variable Sales Compensation. This is an exciting and critical role in the organization as this team manages variable compensation for 400+ employees, involving various levels of corporate strategies with the power of real‑time compensation analytics, business intelligence tools, and in‑house platforms. The Compensation Analyst works closely with business leaders and the Compensation Manager to administer sales variable compensation calculations, modeling ROI analysis, reporting deliverables including preparing management reports, presentations, and documenting business processes.
