Compensation and Benefits Manager

The Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, compliance with labor laws, and alignment with the company’s overall HR and business strategies. The position also oversees payroll coordination, benefits administration, job evaluations, and market benchmarking to support talent attraction, retention, and employee engagement.
