  • Accurately calculate and update monthly sales commissions, quarterly/annual bonuses based on performance data, compensation plans, and commissions policies
  • Analyze compensation and position data , preparing reports (both recurring and ad-hoc), budgets, models and identifying trends and patterns
  • Maintain and enhance detailed commission models in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Review large datasets for accuracy and completeness ; identify and resolve discrepancies, documenting root‑cause issues and proposing process updates for solutioning
  • Partner with the People Team to prepare and maintain job descriptions, analyze jobs and their respective duties and determine appropriate salary ranges; perform benchmarking to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position
