Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compensation and Benefits Associate to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing employee uniform programs, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supporting various benefits-related initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who excels in coordination, inventory systems, and employee service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate uniform requests and issuance for new hires, replacements, and additional sets, as approved.
  • Maintain and regularly update the uniform inventory system, including stock levels, sizes, and distribution records.
  • Schedule and facilitate uniform fittings and oversee the distribution process to employees.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all uniform-related transactions, including issuance, returns, and exchanges.
