  • Provide centralized HR services on Philippine government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, ensuring timely facilitation and processing of employee applications and company submissions.
  • Monitor and process BIR (ORUS), SSS R1-A, PhilHealth ER-2, merging of government details, and changes in employee status.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve concerns regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Check billings from agencies and commissions (e.g., security services).
  • Monitor newly hired employee updates and process bank account applications.
  • Handle payroll processing and other HR-related tasks as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s graduate
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits or a related field
