Job Description

You will be responsible for driving a consistent, competitive, and equitable compensation and benefits framework by overseeing multi-country incentive programs. You will manage both Compensation (Base, STI & LTI) & Benefits, including the development and refinement of program policies, guidelines, and processes, ensuring efficient end-to-end management and effective communication.

Additionally, you will lead various projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Legal, and external service providers.


  • Contribute to the design of C&B policies and processes as well as their proper communication in order to contribute to their dissemination and understanding among managers & employees. 

  • Support process improvements as and when required, contribute to the global planning of the annual compensation activities and support the regional HR in the operational deployment of the annual compensation review.
