Job Summary

Supports the HR team in administering and monitoring compensation and benefits programs during and after the ownership transition. Assists in ensuring salary structures, allowances, bonuses, and benefits are accurately implemented, compliant with labor laws, and aligned with new company policies. Provides employee support for inquiries related to pay and benefits, and helps in data consolidation for HR reporting and audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing payroll inputs, allowances, overtime, and benefits in coordination with Finance.
  • Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records, reflecting changes from the ownership transfer.
  • Help reconcile and validate benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and insurance coverage during provider or policy changes.
