  • Payroll Management: End-to-end handling of Indian payroll processes for 1000+ employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer salary structures, benefits programs, and incentive schemes in line with company policies.
  • Annual Merit & Appraisals: Drive annual merit review cycles, performance appraisal activities, and employee recognition programs.
  • Labour Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR compliance standards.
