We are seeking an experienced and strategic Compensation & Benefits Lead to join our Human Resources team. This role leads the development of compensation frameworks, salary structures, grading systems, and HR policies, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role partners closely with leadership to align reward strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Compensation Strategy & Frameworks- Design, implement, and maintain compensation frameworks, including job grading, salary bands, and career levels.
- Lead job architecture and job evaluation processes to ensure internal consistency and market alignment.
- Develop and manage annual salary review, promotion, and bonus frameworks.
