POSITION TITLE: Compensation and Benefits Manager

WORK LOCATION: Alabang, Muntinlupa

WORK SETUP: Day Shift

SALARY: PHP 80k – 85k

We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead and manage the company’s total rewards strategy. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs


• Oversee employee benefits programs (HMO, insurance, leave, retirement, and other statutory benefits)


• Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness
