Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Officer to manage payroll processing, timekeeping, benefits administration, and employee records. The role ensures accurate and timely compensation while maintaining compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Process employee timekeeping (DTR) and payroll within set timelines
  • Coordinate with HRIS/payroll system provider
  • Compute payroll, 13th-month pay, final pay, and salary adjustments
  • Prepare Alphalist (1604C) and BIR Form 2316
  • Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Monitor employee leave, loans, and other company benefit programs
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and well-organized employee records
  • Generate monthly reports and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Upload payroll via the bank system
