  • Assist in payroll processing, timekeeping, and salary adjustments.
  • Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), liaise with providers, and manage claims and enrollments.
  • Maintain and update employee compensation and benefit records accurately.
  • Generate and submit required reports to agencies (e.g., DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR) and assist in audits.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, leaves, and loans.
