Job Description

  1. Receives payroll instruction from Supervisor – Compensation and Benefits to include new hires, salary adjustments, basic adjustments, incentives, allowances, deductions, and employees to be put on hold salaries of resigning employees and prolonged leaves.

  2. Encodes manually employee data based on Payroll instruction from Supervisor – Compensation and Benefits

  3. Validates Payroll generated from Timekeeping and prepares Payroll Register and Payroll Summary to be submitted to Supervisor – Compensation and Benefits for auditing.

  4. Uploads Approved Payroll Summary and to partner banks for verification of Immediate Superior and Accounting Department for crediting.

  5. Checks manually payroll accounts status to ensure successful and complete salary crediting to employees.
