By mid-2026, the headcount for Turner & Townsend in Europe will be 2,500 people and because of the ongoing growth and continuous innovation of our company, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the design, delivery, and governance of reward programs across multiple European countries. This role blends hands‑on operational expertise with strategic project work, including supporting compensation integration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our reward practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our business goals across the region. This role will be reporting into the European HR Director.
