We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst who will support the design, administration, and continuous evolution of compensation and benefits programs across all Noon businesses and regions. The role partners closely with People and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights, ensure governance and equity, and help evolve the organisation’s rewards and benefits philosophy in line with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own a Compensation & Benefits matrix across different businesses and regions spanning across KSA, UAE, Egypt, India, Lebanon, China, and Sri Lanka, along with any new and upcoming markets.
- Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking to recommend pay ranges and structures.
- Support annual performance management cycles (compensation, promotions, incentives)
- Maintain job architecture and ensure consistency in role leveling and internal equity.
- Support benefits administration, renewals, and program improvements.
- Ensure region-wise compliance with compensation policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
- Partner with the People team and Business leaders as a rewards advisor.
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Rewards, or Total Rewards roles.
- Experience working in or with e-Commerce/quick commerce/digital tech businesses, ideally across the MENA region.
- Past hands-on experience in HR consulting organizations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals, job evaluation, and market pricing.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; dashboarding or BI exposure is a plus.
- Experience supporting annual compensation cycles and working with HRIS systems.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership.
