Reporting to the Total Rewards Director, this role is instrumental in the design, implementation, administration, and ongoing management of compensation programs across multiple geographic regions. The position works in close partnership with Directors and senior leaders across Sales, Human Resources, and Finance to provide both strategic insight and hands‑on operational compensation support, ensuring programs are aligned with business objectives and market practices.
