**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide day to day client group support of compensation needs collaborating closely with HRBP and Business Leaders.
- Actively participates in the successfully implementation and management of regular compensation activities including annual compensation planning cycle, promotions, salary survey participation, etc.
- Evaluate, level and determine appropriate grades for new and existing jobs.
