Job Title: Compensation Benefits Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Experience in C&B analytics,
  • Analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics about jobs, compensation and benefits and provide meaningful insights
  • Expertise in advanced excel and handling large volume of data
  • Create framework for regular tracking and governance on hiring costs, compensation analytics, ranges, Incentive analytics etc
  • Forecast HR costs by department and help create budgets. Take part in Annual HR budget Planning analysis
  • Reviewing employee and candidate data for various analysis and prepare regular HR Dashboard and Monthly comp analytics
  • Compensation Benchmarking vs market & revision of hiring ranges for employees at different levels
