Job Description
We are looking for a Manager – Compensation & Benefits with strong experience in US compensation programs , salary benchmarking, and total rewards strategy. The role will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing compensation structures while ensuring compliance with US labor laws and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead salary benchmarking and market pricing using Mercer, Radford, Willis Towers Watson, etc.
Design and manage US compensation structures, salary bands, incentives, and bonus programs
Drive annual merit cycles, promotions, and pay revisions
Manage total rewards strategy including benefits, wellness, and equity programs
Partner with HRBPs and leadership on compensation planning and workforce strategy
Ensure compliance with US wage & hour laws, FLSA, and pay equity regulations
Support audits, governance, and internal compensation reviews
Prepare compensation dashboards, reports, and leadership presentations
