We are hiring Compensation & Benefits Specialist!

Our client is one of India’s leading footwear manufacturers and retailers, with a legacy dating back to 1931. The company offers a wide range of footwear and accessories for men, women, and children across multiple price segments.
Headquartered in Gurugram, the company operates a vast pan-India retail network of company-owned and franchise stores, supported by multiple manufacturing facilities across the country. Known for its strong brand recall, quality, and affordability, it holds a prominent position in India’s organized footwear market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation Strategy & Planning
Manage annual compensation process (salary revision, bonus, incentives)
Conduct market benchmarking & salary surveys
Maintain salary structures & pay bands across levels
Provide compensation insights to business leaders
2. Benefits Management
Manage employee benefits (medical, leave, retirement etc.)
Coordinate with vendors/consultants for smooth delivery & cost control
Update benefits programs to improve retention
3. Performance Management & Incentives
Support incentive plans linked to performance
Assist in performance-linked payout process
4. Compliance & Governance
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages etc.)
Maintain required documentation & audit support
5. HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare compensation & workforce cost reports
Track key C&B metrics for decision making
6. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with HRBPs, Finance & business teams for policy execution
Align local practices with regional/global frameworks (if required)
Skills Required
Postgraduate in HR
Experience in Compensation & Benefits role
Strong knowledge of labor laws & C&B practices
HRIS/Payroll exposure + good MS Excel/Office skills
Strong analytical, stakeholder management & communication skills
